Global Head of Alpha Middle Office Product Development - Managing Director

What you will be responsible for:

• 
  Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product strategy for middle office solutions that aligns with the overall business goals of State Street Alpha.


• 
  Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.


• 
  Product Ideation: Generate innovative product ideas and concepts that address key market opportunities and challenges.


• 
  Product Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and user experiences.


• 
  Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes to validate product concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.


• 
  Product Roadmap: Create and manage a product roadmap that outlines the development and launch timeline for new features and enhancements.


• 
  Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure ongoing satisfaction.


• 
  Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and technology partners.


• 
  Collaboration: Work closely with product implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to deployment.

  Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and develop long-term product strategies.


• 
  Innovation: Passion for creating innovative, valuable and disruptive products.

  Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional value.

  Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Global Delivery, Technology and Front and Back Office products to provide a full end to end solution.


• 
  Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of financial services products and technologies.


• 
  Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.

• Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field.


• 15+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the Middle Office for large financial service firms.


• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex financial products.


• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to Influence stakeholders

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
