Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in the tradeshow/exhibit industry. This role is integral to our client's team, ensuring the successful execution of all client projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with large, complex clients to boost revenue
- Participate in client meetings and provide sales quotations/proposals
- Directly interface with clients, managing accounts efficiently and effectively
- Oversee all project-related meetings and compose all work orders and change orders
- Coordinate the delivery of engineering drawings and monitor job profitability
- Ensure quality control of fabricated properties and maintain comprehensive project files
- Prepare all show service forms on behalf of the client and order on-site services
- Travel to show sites to coordinate service execution as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of labor and materials charged on behalf of clients
- Close out all jobs upon completion and prepare jobs for billing
- Assist with training of new account managers and participate in project presentations
Qualifications:
- High School diploma and 3-5 years of experience in an Account Management role (some college preferred)
- Strong knowledge of exhibit construction technologies and materials
- Ability to read and interpret design and engineering drawings
- Experience with on-site installation and dismantling
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong orientation toward customer service and robust communication skills
- Proven leadership ability and experience in team building
This role requires a full onsite presence until the candidate is up to speed, after which a hybrid schedule with 1-2 remote days per week will be implemented.
