Job Summary



This part-time role in the Indiana University School of Public Health-Bloomington (SPH-B).


Department Specific Responsibilities

• Collaborates with a variety of people including writers, graphic designers, web team, and faculty and staff.

Qualifications



EDUCATION



Required

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or related field preferred, but not required.

WORK EXPERIENCE



Required

• Strong writer with experience in a variety of media, including web and print.

Preferred

• Experience writing a variety of materials (e.g., news stories, social media, print media)


• WCMS experience

SKILLS



Required

• Proficient communication skills


• The willingness to work independently


• The confidence to ask for clarification and guidance when needed


• strong familiarity of both AP style and IU editorial guidelines

Preferred

• Salesforce experience
