JOB DESCRIPTION:

Participates in the execution of kitting material that is delivered to the work cell within the time that is allocated to do so. To make sure that the kits are completed in time to hit monthly sales targets.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with company's rules and policies.

• Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines, and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.

• Must understand and comply with applicable standards. (i.e.: ISO 9001, ISO 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, AAR, and CMMI).

• Maintain and safeguard business records.

Additional Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Kit material that is delivered to the cell to complete the overall kit.

2. Operates a computer and printer to confirm time on work orders in SAP when complete and to print out labels needed for kits.

3. May be required to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, packaging sealers, and paper folding machine.

4. Must be willing work overtime when needed to complete monthly sales targets.

5. Assists with identifying and or providing suggestions regarding process improvements in assigned area.

6. Read prints and execute small assemblies.

7. Required to update KPS Boards daily (Safety, Quality, Delivery & Productivity) and run the production meeting.

8. Must understand the concept of material flow through the company.

Technical Competencies:

Required Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience

0-2 Years Relevant Experience

Work Environment

Sitting, standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, etc.

Maximum lifting/carrying: 50 lbs.
