Hi5 Orthodontics is a fun, friendly, modern and fast-paced orthodontic office offering braces and Invisalign to Youth and adults in the Spokane area. We have two locations in Spokane (north Spokane and the South Hill).
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the orthodontic practice, including scheduling, billing, and patient records
Supervise and train office staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service to patients
Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and order new supplies as needed
Manage patient accounts, including billing, insurance claims, and collections
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Coordinate with orthodontists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of experience in a medical or dental office management role
Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental software programs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
