Job Description:
6+ months of Information Technology experience in at least five of the
following areas:
- Liaison with functional users and management
- Requirements Gathering
- Configuration Management
- Release Management and Deployment
- Troubleshooting and Debugging
- Functional Documentation and Design
- Post Implementation System Monitoring
- Software Development Lifecycle Planning
6+ months experience performing configuration based analysis in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules CRM, HCM, FIN & IB.
6+ months of experience participating in event intake, triage, incident response, escalation of incidents and stakeholder communications.
6+ months of experience participating in event intake, triage, incident response, escalation of incidents and stakeholder communications.
6+ months of experience in deployment and release management, including: data analysis of object contention and configuration lists
4+ months experience creating and maintaining standardized reports for executives and senior management.
4+ months of experience in Change Management in the course of fulfilling user requests, resolving incidents, and meeting operational commitments
4+ months of experience developing procedures, standards, workflows, documentation and visualizations.
Bachelor's Degree in any field
