The Compensation Benefits Coordinator plays a lead role in the administration of Team Member benefits; and leave programs, supporting the overall well-being and satisfaction of our team. Additionally, this role supports compensation programs through competitive analysis and administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
  • Administer team member benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits
  • Assist team members with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes
  • Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit transactions
  • Partners with Sartori's broker partner and Director of Total Rewards to stay informed regarding changes in benefit and leave regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members requesting a leave of absence. Provide support and guidance to team members and leaders on eligibility, rights, and responsibilities
  • Manage Sartori's leave process, including documentation, certification, and tracking of leave usage
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and company policies
  • Coordinates with leaders and Payroll to maintain records of leave balances and usage to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of leave time
  • Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, merit increases and incentive plans
  • Conducts salary surveys and analyzes market data to ensure competitive compensation practices
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure understanding of benefit plans, eligibility criteria, and leave policies
  • Maintain accurate team member records and databases related to benefits enrollment, FMLA leave, and other leave programs
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to benefits utilization, FMLA usage, and leave trends

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefit and leave administration, required.
  • Proficiency with HRIS / HCM benefits administration and reporting experience, required. UKG experience, preferred.
  • Experience administering and analyzing compensation programs, highly desirable.
