Job Description: As an Operations Analyst (Contract) at Dave & Buster's, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving performance improvements across our locations. Your analytical expertise will support data-driven decision-making processes, helping to optimize our operational strategies and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline operational processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing, HR) to support operational initiatives and ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or in a similar role with a focus on labor or workforce analytics.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools. Knowledge of scheduling software is a plus.
Ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in the hospitality, retail, or entertainment industry is preferred.
