One Tech Engineering is searching for a motivated and dedicated Insurance Coordinator for a position located in Minto, North Dakota. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance plans and providing them with exceptional customer service. As an Insurance Coordinator Agent, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and play a crucial role in their planning.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have at least two years of project coordination experience and an interest in the insurance industry.
Local candidates preferred, this is not a remote position. In office attendance is required.
Insurance Coordinator Responsibilities:
Assess client's insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Process insurance applications and maintain accurate client records.
Evaluate policy terms and conditions to ensure accurate coverage.
Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to insurance sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers to stay updated on product offerings.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support when needed.
Follow up on insurance claims to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsible for processing insurance applications, maintaining client records, and following up on claims.
Requirements of the Insurance Coordinator:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in insurance or related fields preferred.
Ability to obtain insurance license in North Dakota
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and policies.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
