We are developing and deploying AI based tools and technologies in our contact center. Our contact center serves the residents of several large states and will be expanding to more states next year. We are looking for top talent to help with this growth. This is an opportunity to develop and deploy real-world solutions on the latest AI tools, while reaping the satisfaction of making a meaningful difference in the lives of a large number of people.
We are looking for strong Asterisk / VOIP / Python engineers to develop and improve our AI tools that are deployed in our contact center and other areas.
The ideal profile is:
Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience
At least 2 years' experience in development or maintenance of AI bots or telephony applications
Extensive experience in development and maintenance of applications in Python
Experience in telephony applications using Asterisk or similar software
Solid understanding of scalability and reliability solutions
Exposure to AI bots
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Knowledge of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
Experience with Asterisk Gateway Interface (AGI), Fast AGI will be a strong asset
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Asterisk based telephony application
Assist in the creation and deployment of AI bots using Python
Collaborate with the team to design and implement new AI capabilities
Ensure the smooth operation of telephony services and AI bot functionalities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Asterisk and telephony services
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
