TekStream has multiple openings for Help Desk Analysts with experience providing technical support for Windows and Mac laptops, iOS and Android mobile devices, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment. Applicants must be open to a long term contract and local to Atlanta, GA as these roles are onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 5:30 pm ET.
What we're looking for... 3+ years of help desk support for large company. Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS as well as mobile devices (iOS and Android). Excellent presentation and communication skills. This is a great opportunity to take part in a growing award-winning team!
