Vaco is currently seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our clients expanding organization.The Office Administrator will be responsible for delivering top-tier administrative support, welcoming and directing visitors, and efficiently handling phone calls and emails. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept multitasking abilities, and a warm and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and provide general assistance as needed.
Oversee office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Conduct clerical tasks, such as filing, phone call management, email responses, and document preparation.
Monitor incoming and outgoing mail, receiving and signing for mail/packages from couriers, and distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
Manage schedules, travel arrangements, appointments, and more for upper management.
Maintain and oversee office equipment, inventory supplies, and procure replacement supplies as required.
Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates.
Act as a liaison with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and inquiries from senior managers.
Organize special functions and social events.
Provide administrative support for operations team and assist other departments and colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment, with a preference for administrative experience.
