We are looking for an energetic associate who is organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn systems and industry specific terminology. Our Boutique Financial Services and Investment firm has earned a reputation for outstanding client service and a drive to create investment solutions within long-standing relationships.
This position interacts daily with clients by phone and email, assisting in a wide variety of client transactions and requests. There will also be extensive interaction with Custodians, Financial Advisors, and other associates. Prior experience in the Financial Services Industry is a plus but is not required.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to pursue FINRA certifications including but not limited to licensing exams.

? Familiarity with CRM software
? College graduate is preferred but we are willing to consider office and/or industry experience in lieu of a degree.
Below is a basic description of this position:
? Preparing and reviewing new account forms and servicing existing relationships
? Respond to clients about various matters including money movements, title and address changes as well as general servicing needs
? New account setup and follow-up, digital processing and database management
? Work directly with multiple custodians to resolve account issues and follow-up on
account funding requests
? Correspond regularly with other admin personnel, external sales team and investment management team
? Creating and distributing reports to sales team, assist Advisors with marketing plans and processes
