Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director for our Outpatient Cancer Center. In this pivotal role, you will lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered cancer care. You will be responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes the well-being of both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and expand outreach.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the standard of care.
Patient Care Excellence:
Ensure a seamless, compassionate patient experience by enhancing care coordination and support services.
Advocate for patient-centered approaches and integrate holistic care practices.
Collaboration:
Build strong partnerships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote awareness and accessibility of services.
Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive patient care strategies.
Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of the center.
Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Quality Improvement:
Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics to ensure excellence in patient care and safety.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Qualifications:
Must have BSN, MT License
Minimum preferred is 5 years in leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology or outpatient care.
Strong understanding of cancer treatment modalities and patient care protocols.
Proven track record of successful team management and operational oversight.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
