Key Responsibilities:1. Receptionist Duties (50%):Greet and assist members, guest, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation for the CEO.Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.2.
