Description of what's needed:
PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for assisting with the coordination of special events and activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for assisting with organizing and overseeing operations this includes, but is not limited to:
- Coordinating with pick up or drop off of sponsored gifts at drop off locations.
- Provides information to staff, foster parents and residential programs when Gifts/Donations begin to arrive and are ready for pick up
- Maintaining facility security by monitoring items coming in and going out as well as people coming in and out of facility.
- Supporting the teamwork and collaboration with program volunteers. • Provide frequent communication and updates to program managers. • Provides accurate, professional representation of community-based care to community • Other duties as assigned.

procedures. • Maintains confidentiality about all matters. • Ensures that the Coalition provides its services with sensitivity to the cultural differences that are present among
Coalition employees, clients, sponsors, and volunteers. • Will abide by the decision of the management team in the use and disclosure of PHI.

online forms.
