Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary + bonus & equity.
About Us:
We are partnered with a cutting-edge Lithium-Ion Battery start-up who specialize in high-energy density devices and battery materials processing. They are looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with their CEO and board members. This role will involve managing high-level executive interactions, government relations, and administrative tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Organize and manage the CEO's calendar and meetings with other CEOs.
Board Planning: Coordinate board activities and create accurate PowerPoint presentations.
Government Relations: Assist with external relations as a face of the organization.
Executive Communication: Confidently interface with board members and other senior executives.
Administrative Support: Oversee executive administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in a similar role is required.
Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with senior executives.
Proven ability to handle board-level responsibilities.
Government relations or HR experience is a bonus.
Proficient in administrative functions and executive support.
