Job Description
IDAM and PAM
Monitor MFA and SSO s via Entra ID solution
Prioritize and triages s or issues to determine whether a real security incident is taking
place
Escalate to IDAM L2 team and customer as necessary
Conduct reporting documentation and device monitoring health checks
Create and distribute end user communication for SR incidents
Perform in depth investigation into authentication issues concerns plan remediation and
execute
Respond via chat and email for SSO and MFA related ticket coordination with end users
