Your Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, fabricators, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges promptly to keep projects on track and within budget.
