Associate Technical Product Manager (Entry level)

An Associate Technical Product Manager (ATPM) bridges the gap between engineering teams and business objectives, assisting in the development, launch, and optimization of technical products. This role involves working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product features, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure technical feasibility. The ATPM plays a key role in translating business requirements into technical specifications and contributes to the overall product strategy, execution, and delivery. Essential Responsibilities

Techno-economic Comparative Analysis of Various Water Technologies
  • Apply fundamental thermodynamics analysis to compare energy efficiency of different water treatment technologies
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis of each water treatment technologies

Product Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and define technical product requirements.
  • Assist in developing user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria that align with business needs and technical capabilities.
  • Ensure that product features are technically feasible and aligned with long-term product goals.

Technical Product Roadmap Support:
  • Help create and maintain the product roadmap, focusing on technical aspects and ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Assist in prioritizing product features and technical initiatives based on customer needs, technical complexity, and business impact.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Collaboration with Engineering Teams:
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Assist in coordinating the technical implementation of features, ensuring they meet design and performance standards.
  • Provide support during the development process by answering technical questions and resolving ambiguities.

Technical Feasibility and Risk Assessment:
  • Help evaluate the technical feasibility of new product features, working with engineers to identify potential challenges or limitations.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and mitigation strategies for technical aspects of product development.
  • Ensure technical risks are communicated effectively to stakeholders and factored into product timelines.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure technical features align with business objectives and deliver value.
  • Support efforts to iterate on products based on user data, industry trends, and technical innovations.

Cross-Functional Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between engineering, product management, and business teams to ensure technical and business alignment.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on technical progress, challenges, and product performance.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation to communicate technical aspects of the product to non-technical stakeholders.

Market Research and Technology Trends:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, tools, and frameworks relevant to the product.

  • Provide insights into emerging technologies that could enhance product functionality or efficiency.

Customer Feedback Integration:
