Operations Support Specialist- Starting salary is $52,000 with comprehensive benefits - Concord, NH

The Role

We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to assist in the smooth running of our front office and help with various administrative tasks. You'll work closely with the Senior Operations Support Specialist and the Manager of Office and Executive Operations to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office operations: opening, closing, greeting visitors, and handling phone calls.
  • Sort, scan, and distribute mail, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Process incoming checks and coordinate with the Finance Team for deposits.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as reception duties and answering queries.
  • Support special projects, liaising with various departments to meet operational needs.
  • Provide assistance with administrative tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The Person
  • Previous experience in an operations or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with visitors and staff.
