Position Overview:
They are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead the development of ground-up luxury custom homes valued at $30M and above. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on coastal properties and overseeing the entire project lifecycle to ensure exceptional quality and precision in every detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from inception to completion, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
Manage all phases of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the project vision is fully realized.
Ensure that every aspect of the project meets stringent deadlines and quality standards, exceeding client expectations.
Provide leadership to the on-site team and manage all subcontractors and trades effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury custom home building, specifically with homes valued at $20M+.
Proven experience in managing coastal construction projects.
A stable employment history within the custom home building industry.
Excellent client-facing skills, with a portfolio of client testimonials and proven references.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
