Support the execution of all GTM calendar development activities to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage & organize sundries submits while communicating to cross-functional teams sundries status for key meetings.
Create sundries S-codes in PLM system within a tight deadline & on-going.
Help with sundries briefs update & organization.
Maintain and manage data into various systems, such as PLM, to ensure integrity and accuracy of the information.
Create & organize mini-sundry library & sundry headers.
Proactively follow up on pending inquiries and sample approvals.
Support Sundries Developers and Production team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or combination of college education and related work experience
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a position that required the manipulation of large amounts of data
Garment production and/or product development experience preferred
Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
Expert knowledge with PLM and MS Office applications including Word, Excel (vLookup, pivot table, etc) and Outlook
Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise
Demonstrates the ability to learn new computer programs quickly
Experienced in working at a rapidly changing, high growth environment while having to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes.
Strong and effective relational and organizational skills; ability to work with multiple departments and personalities
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
Takes initiative and accountability for their work and can work independently.
