Salary: $120K + 10% bonus

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent
5-7 years of relevant experience in project management, with proven success in leading teams and managing projects
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Proven experience managing M&A transactions and large-scale IT projects, including systems integration, application upgrades, and data migration
Experience building and developing a PMO, including establishing project governance, processes, and standard methodologies
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical domains
PMP certification
Experience with ERP systems needed (Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus)
Experience in a products industry
Strong Problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills and analytical abilities
Strong meeting facilitation skills at all levels of the company
Ability to quickly learn evolving technologies and products
Smartsheets experience - heavily preferred
