Job Description:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create process detail specification
- Set up SVM equipment (PO sec/buy-off/FAT and report)
- Oversee material evaluation & selection
- Execute cost analysis and make an improvement plan
- Supervise process capability and study and regular report
- Direct DOE for capability improvement
- Set up FMEA, CP, OCAP, APQP and standard document for customer qualification
- Perform Failure Analysis and continuous yield improvement
- Follow up for qualification sample build
- Manage Patent applications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent and proven personnel management skills
- In-depth technical knowledge of relevant process and industry
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a substrate for semiconductor manufacturing
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
QUALITIFICATIONS:
- Strong critical and analytical thinking
- Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
EDUCATION:• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering
EXPERIENCE:- 5 + years of engineering experience in the semiconductor industry
