Akkodis is seeking an IT Technician for a contract role with a client located in Diamond Bar, CA
Pay Rate: $24/hr.-$25/hr.
Location: Diamond Bar, CA (onsite)
Working hours: The schedule is expected to be four 10-hour days (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), Tuesday through Friday.
Our client is looking for a temporary IT Technician to provide support to their Information Management department.
OVERVIEW OF ASSIGNMENT
This Temporary IT Technician position will be responsible for the following: • Provide AV/IT assistance in hybrid/virtual meetings • Assist staff using Windows laptop/desktop who are working remotely or on premises • Troubleshoot hardware/software problems • Assist in moving IT and IT-related equipment as needed or directed by supervisor • Provide first level tier support for helpdesk • Inventory of computing and IT-related equipment • Other duties as needed/directed by a supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates referred should possess the following background:
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Windows/Office and O365 applications
Help Desk/User Support experience over phone and in person
A+ certification is highly desirable
