Akkodis is seeking an IT Technician (Level 1 Tech) for a Contract role with a client located in Diamond Bar, CA 91765
Pay range: $20- $25/hr. On W2, The pay range may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Duration of Assignment: This assignment is expected to last approximately 6 months (with a possibility to extend up to 12 months), working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Provide AV/IT assistance in hybrid/virtual meetings
Assist staff using Windows laptop/desktop who are working remotely or on premises
Troubleshoot hardware/software problems
Assist in moving IT and IT-related equipment as needed or directed by supervisor
Required Qualifications
For this assignment, candidates referred should possess the following background:
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Windows/Office and O365 applications
Help Desk/User Support experience over phone and in person
A+ certification is highly desirable
Target years of experience
2+ years of experience in the technology IT support industry
