What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years Of Experience And Knowledge Of
Estimating commercial GC projects (TI experience a plus)
Hard bid and or conceptual bid processes
Takes offs for general trades
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff and other construction related software preferred
