VMG Health is currently recruiting a Financial Analyst for our Denver, Colorado office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analyses, developing sophisticated valuation models in Excel, performing due diligence, conducting market research, and preparing detailed reports.
NOTE: This position will require being onsite four days per week with the option to work remotely one day a week.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Apply fundamental financial valuation principles to diverse and evolving arrangements.
Collaborate directly with clients to gather essential information and data, including financial statements, contractual agreements, operational reports, and other relevant documents to ensure comprehensive deliverables
Innovate and problem-solve by developing new methodologies, approaches, or considerations in a dynamic industry.
Contribute to the authorship or co-authorship of articles and presentations on compensation arrangements.
Work closely with Division leadership in a cohesive, team-based environment.
Support the Division's infrastructure by updating and maintaining template models and reports, performing periodic survey database analytics, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance and/or economics
EXPERIENCE
0-2 years experience as an analyst
Strong knowledge of financial theory and/or economics.
Financial modeling experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong knowledge of Excel and Word

401(k) Plan - After 90 days, you are eligible to participate in VMG's 401(k) plan. VMG matches 50% of your contributions up to 8% of your base salary. Your contributions vest immediately and any contributions VMG makes vests after two years of continuous employment.
