Computer and Instrument Support for the Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Division
Objectives of this Role:
Provide application development and support in support Chemistry Analysis, Pharmaceutical development and Fire Testing and reporting.
Work with programming team to meet industry requirements for development, documentation, code review and security for all internally developed applications.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Maintain and update existing Windows native C# applications along with maintaining and updating internal and external web sites.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by software users and provide support for all internal applications.
Do code review of other programmer's work and assisting in keeping all application documentation up to date.
Look for and develop stronger security in existing applications.
Develop and maintain end user requested applications in support of testing and reporting.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related with directly related industry experience.
0 years: Academic, industry or internship experience in C#, SQL, css and html.
0 years: Knowledge of python, visual basic for office, and C++ a plus but not required. Linux experience also a plus, but not necessary.
A valid/clear driver's license is required.

Must be a U.S. person (i.e., U.S. citizen, non-U.S. citizen national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) due to ITAR work in section.
