Oversee integration of industrial control systems into IT infrastructure.
?Control System Validation:
Integrate, commission, and start up control systems.
Support validation activities.
?Control System Troubleshooting and Support:
Lead or assist in troubleshooting and optimizing control systems.
?Requirements:
Extensive experience in controls engineering and design (SCADA, PLC, HMI systems), preferably Siemens PLC.
Experience in designing control systems and PLC code.
Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and various communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.).
Understanding of process instrumentation.
Experience with controls and equipment integration, commissioning, and startup.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (NFPA/NEC, UL, OSHA).
Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage vendors and suppliers effectively.
?Education:
Bachelor's degree in Automation/Controls, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience with industrial automation and control systems.
