Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
Prior experience of developing Oracle Journey, email notification using Alert Composer / BIP, approval workflow.
Prior experience of developing solution using Document of Record.
Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
