Nevada Behavioral Health (NovumHealth) is an established and growing multi-state Behavioral Health company. We are located in Arizona, Nevada (Las Vegas and Reno), California, and Utah. Due to our exciting growth, we need to hire an extraordinary Networker Liaison / Provider Relations Manager based out of Reno with some travel.

Job Overview
The Network Liaison plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships between our organization and external stakeholders, providers, hospital, non-profits, insurance providers, and partners within the community. This position requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of health systems, and the ability to foster partnerships that enhance access to quality mental health services.
Up to 50% of this job will be travel outside of the Reno area. Some of the travel is in the rural areas outside of Reno, but there will also be travel to Las Vegas or other metropolitan areas.
The successful candidate will know Reno extremely well. They will already have made connections throughout the healthcare industry in Reno.
Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders and community partners, including, but not limited to, Behavioral Health Practices, Hospitals, Community Agencies, and Providers.
Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to enhance the delivery of behavioral health services.
Facilitate joint initiatives, projects, or events that promote the well-being of individuals in need of mental health support.
Stay informed about available behavioral health resources, programs, and services within the community.
Assist in identifying and accessing external resources that complement and support our organization's mission.
With our clinical and operations teams, participate in the development and implementation of educational outreach programs to raise awareness about behavioral health services and reduce stigma.
Provide information to stakeholders about our organization's programs and services.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and other agencies to facilitate seamless referrals and access to behavioral health services.
Represent the company at one-on-one meetings, informal events, and formal events as necessary. You will be the face of our company to the Reno area.
Skills
Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including behavioral health organizations, community agencies, and healthcare providers.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences such as professionals, community members, and policymakers.
Knowledge of Behavioral Health Systems: In-depth understanding of behavioral health services, systems, resources, and current trends in the field.
Advocacy and Collaboration: Ability to advocate for the organization's interests, collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, and facilitate joint initiatives.
Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural nuances and the ability to engage with diverse populations effectively.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Flexibility to adapt to changes in the behavioral health landscape while addressing challenges and developing creative solutions.
Great under pressure.
Able to handle themselves well in a large group setting.
Able to sponsor an event or represent the company.
Experience
2 years of a similar position in the healthcare industry required, behavioral health strongly preferred.
Other
Must be part of and have connections throughout the the Reno Community.
Education
Experience is much more important than education for this position, however, a bachelor's degree in social work, health care administration, or a similar field may be helpful.
