Director Of Revenue Management Responsibilities
Oversee the transient revenue and group revenue management programs of an iconic hotel management company with Select Service and Full-Service Hotels.
Support and evaluate business -collaborating with Property level Sales teams
Leadership and responsibility to achieve and maximize company revenue goals.
Constant analyzation to review revenue management strategies at all hotels.
Provide reporting and information to assist and recommend company revenue initiatives and collaborate with members of the sales and operating teams.
Director Of Revenue Management Requirements
Brand experience in revenue management-managing multiple properties (preferred) with strong knowledge of (Marriott, Hilton, or Wyndham) reservations and revenue management systems.
Ability to effectively multitask on a regular basis / Strong time management skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office software. Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to consult and manage systems to achieve sound inventory management and pricing strategies and ensure property teams working effectively together.
Four+ years of experience in the hotel industry / Minimum 2 years of revenue management experience preferred.
