We are a premier midsize CPA firm located on the outskirts of the Milwaukee area. We are about 110employees and growing. We are a full service CPA firm with a wide range of clients including for profit, non-profit, international and even a few publicly traded entities. Additionally, we are the 10th largest on average auditor of insurance companies in the US. We tend to operate in the small to mid market business verticals with a host of different HNWIs from many different industries and walks of life. We pride ourselves in having a strong work life balance and taking care of our employees to keep them fresh and happy to tackle the many complex tax issues that our clients come to us with. We are looking to bring in the next generation of leaders for this firm as we are continuing to grow and take a greater regional presence in the south. We are looking for motivated individuals that have a proven track record of leading multiple direct reports across multiple engagements. We look to offer a clear path to partner laid in front of them from day one.
What You Need For This Position
Active CPA
At least 5+ years of Public Accounting Experience
At least 1+ years of Tax Management Experience
Has shown solid tenure in past roles
Expert in return review and prep of all types
Expert in complex tax planning situations
