Skellig is seeking a Senior DeltaV Automation Engineer. This role requires to be onsite at the Framingham, MA facility.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Process Experience with Enzyme Production (Single Use Bioreactors, MCCs, CIP, UF, Chromatography, Clean Utilities)
- Experience performing root cause analysis and proposing technical solutions.
- Batch S88 Programming Experience preferably in DeltaV environment
- Experience with multi-product single use manufacturing -
-Previous experience as tech lead on a DeltaV project
- Functional requirements development experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Automation, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in automation engineering within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Proficiency with DeltaV Batch and HMI/SCADA systems.
Strong understanding of GMP regulations and automation standards.
Experience with data historians and other manufacturing IT systems is preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Authoring or updating system specifications, user and functional requirements specifications, generating and executing vital Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and (Site Acceptance Testing) SAT protocols
