Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Customer Service Specialist to handle our customer service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers, resolving product or service problems, and fostering an environment that prioritizes the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails from customers.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Generate sales leads.
Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, including sales and production.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or relevant field is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Comfortable using computers and office software.
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
