What You'll Do:
Lead Cyber Security Initiatives: Oversee daily security operations, develop and enforce policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Enhance Network Performance: Design and improve network and security systems, guaranteeing a remarkable 99.9% uptime.
Foster a Culture of Security Awareness: Create and deliver training programs to empower our team and promote a proactive approach to cyber security.
Manage IT Infrastructure: Maintain and optimize critical systems including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, O365, and Azure.
Oversee Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with service providers to ensure the best technology solutions for our business needs.
Who You Are:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and 10+ years of relevant experience.
You possess deep knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, network security, and administration of Microsoft technologies.
You're a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Experience with Aruba and Cisco networking, as well as CompTIA certifications (Network+, Security+, CCNA/CCNP) is preferred.
You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always looking for ways to improve processes.
