The IT Manager leads the company's IT infrastructure with a focus on network and cybersecurity, ensuring a secure and stable environment across multiple U.S. and global locations. Reporting to the CFO, this role offers high autonomy, managing the IT department and driving continued team growth. The position is based in Bell County, Texas, with up to 25% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cybersecurity operations, manage alerts, and respond to incidents.
Develop security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Provide cybersecurity training and promote security awareness.
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure with a 99.9% uptime SLA.
Monitor network performance and vulnerabilities; maintain key systems (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, O365, Azure).
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and system documentation.
Manage vendor relationships and support ERP systems.
Participate in on-call rotation for global support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive IT experience.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, network security, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred experience with Aruba/Cisco networks and technologies like Active Directory, Azure, O365, VMware, and firewalls.
Certifications like CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA/CCNP are a plus.
