Naviron is pleased to partner with a growing M&A firm that acquires and builds SaaS companies. They're growing and looking for a Hubspot Administrator to support a portfolio of industry-leading, vertical SaaS companies and make a significant impact on growth and efficiency.
**This is a hybrid position, candidates must be located in Lehi, Utah or surrounding areas.**
What you'll be doing:
Oversee and manage several HubSpot ecosystems, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and all integrations, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Configure and customize HubSpot modules (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) to meet specific business needs.
Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Import, clean, and organize data within the HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Create custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
Provide training and support to internal users on HubSpot best practices and utilization.
Develop and maintain user documentation and resources.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HubSpot-related issues (data integrity issues, workflow errors, system performance, user error, etc.)
Onboard new users, manage user permissions, and provide ongoing training and support to ensure user proficiency.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute inbound and outbound programs effectively.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to design and implement workflows, automations, and processes that drive efficiency and revenue growth
What you have:
5+ years of experience as a HubSpot administrator.
2+ years of experience with Zapier (or similar API tool), web hooks, and/or CRM integrations.
2+ years of experience with Kixie, Gong, SalesLoft, or other Sales engagement tool.
Completed 2 or more CRM to HubSpot migrations and owned them from end-to-end.
Current certifications for Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
Current certifications for Intermediate CRM Data Migration, Intermediate HubSpot Solutions Architecture Foundations, Integrating with HubSpot I: Foundations, and HubSpot Platform Consulting highly preferred.
Experienced in building your own reporting and you're familiar with attribution methodologies.
Strong understanding of B2B/SaaS marketing, sales, and customer success processes.
