Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of building automation and control system projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance targets are met.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design control systems that integrate HVAC, chillers, boilers, and other mechanical systems, focusing on optimizing energy performance.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of BAS, utilizing systems such as Tridium Niagara, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, and Schneider Electric.
Manage project documentation using software like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Revit, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
Fostered strong client relationships, provided regular project updates, and ensured high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and an EIT or PE license are a plus.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in building automation systems, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, and MS Project with a solid understanding of DDC controls and BACnet protocols.
Familiarity with building automation systems such as Tridium, Distech, Alerton, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls Metasys, and similar technologies.
