To support the "Students First" philosophy by providing exemplary service and support to increase the ease of the registration and matriculation of students. To promote the success of Christopher Newport University students as we assist them in achieving their goal of graduation. To provide excellent customer service in a positive and timely manner that exemplifies the commitment of the Office of the Registrar to students, faculty, staff and the Christopher Newport community.
This position will provide enrollment services in Christopher Newport University's Office of the Registrar to include the following: reviewing student records in relation to graduation requirements and developing and notifying students of graduation completion plans. The Degree Analyst ensures accuracy and completeness of the degree evaluation and routinely assists students during registration and schedule adjustment periods by providing graduation completion plans. Collaborates with department chairs to collect and encode substitutions and other curriculum exceptions. This position provides guidance to students and department chairs while ensuring compliance with University's academic policies and procedures.
