Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team to support the Modern Delivery - RPA.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Process design and implement creative Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions in support of ASA(FM&C) and Army Enterprise requirements.
• Collaborating with Process Owners and Stakeholders to document the existing business workflow process.
• Translating the process into standard RPA automation documents used to define, design, and implement the solution.
• Supporting assigned RPA projects ensuring their success thus enabling ASA(FM&C) to successfully achieve its Campaign Plan objectives with an emphasis on Audit Readiness, Enterprise Business Systems Convergence, and modernization of Resource Management business processes.
• Leading the end-to-end Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain) using recommended best practices.
• Collaborating with other agencies, military personnel, civilians, and contractors about RPA interest, inquiries, and collaboration projects.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams, to design and deliver automated solutions.
• Working with SMEs to ensure requirements are thorough and complete.
• Serving as the primary point of contact with assigned RPA customers and liaising between customers and RPA Developers.
• Supporting RPA customers by providing answers, expertise, and insights as needed.
• Briefing potential RPA customers on RPA capabilities as needed.
• Capturing keystroke level detail from customers/process owners during automation development.
• Presenting/speaking to RPA requests and status of projects to the client, project manager, and governance boards as needed.
• Developing RPA tools, documentation, presentations, videos, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborating with the developers to ensure customers' development requirements are accurately captured for automation projects.
• Becoming familiar with RPA software as time allows to enhance knowledge of how automation works and to better inform customers on bot capabilities.
• Supporting the governance of the RPA process.
• Developing and tracking metrics and financial projections for each automation.
• Facilitating email communications between clients.

At a minimum you should have:

• An active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
• A bachelor's degree in a non-STEM field and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• 3 -10 years of analysis, business process improvement, or consulting experience, preferably for automation projects and preferably for DoD clients.
• UiPath, Power Platform, or other automation software certification(s) preferred, but not required.
• Coursework or work experience may be substituted instead of certifications.
• Experience with crafting detailed Process Design Documentation (PDDs), process/ keystroke mappings (Visio, process recording, etc.), training briefs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), specific to building Robotic Process automation.
• Experience working in fully remote work settings, including excellent communication skills, the use of virtual project management tools, leading virtual meetings/workshops, and other work exercises.
• PMP certification is desired, but not required.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000
