Role Description
CapCenter is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Manager at CapCenter in Richmond, VA. We're looking for a self-starter with strong interests in outbound marketing & content marketing. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies using HubSpot, managing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing marketing activities to drive business growth. To be successful, you'll need to be both analytical and creative - right and left hemisphere - to produce impactful work.
Duties and responsibilities include: • Email, mail, and text marketing campaigns via HubSpot • Daily HubSpot management and analytic overview to present report • Developing methods for collecting data such as analytics, research, or form submissions • Translating research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments • Monitoring and managing the company's social media platforms via HubSpot • Collecting and analyzing external data to identify trends • Propose copy for social media posts that will drive high engagement
Qualifications: • College graduate with degree in Marketing or Business equivalent • Experience using HubSpot marketing, sales and analytics functionality. • Comfortable working with analytics and making decisions based on data. • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills • Extreme attention to detail is a must!
