As Director, Integrated Planning & D2C Growth Strategy you will be responsible for the success of the consumer business by creating a growth strategy for the brand across all paid media channels including Social, Search, Programmatic, TV/ STV (Streaming), Amazon. You will work closely with internal activation teams to develop a tactical plans to ensure the business grows, retains, and creates loyalty within excising communities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the development and planning of full funnel media campaigns that encompasses demand generation and demand conversion across all social & non-social channels (programmatic, paid search, social, affiliates)
  • Strategize to accelerate Direct to Consumer Sales via innovative programs and activations including live shopping, referral marketing, affiliate programs among others.
  • Determine marketing programs within Amazon ecosystem to drive rapid growth (DSP, Amazon Prime)
  • Work closely with Client internal Growth, Retention and Data &Insights team (CRM) to help drive consumer demand and better understand consumer behavior ( 1P data)
  • Manage media budget, optimizing spend allocation across channels (including Amazon, Retail Media) to meet performance and financial targets of D2C ecommerce business as well as brand health goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices across the retail industry and identify trends and innovations that are relevant to the business
  • Build a strategic D2C growth playbooks and guidebooks for tactical plans across all channels to help activation teams execute plans seamlessly
  • Partner with Analytics Team to define and measure against growth and performance goals and share out results, learnings and action plans to the broader marketing organization and company at large

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of integrated media planning and commerce experience with strong agency background working for Direct to Consumer Brands.
  • Hands on experience in hybrid channel planning and budget allocation (top down approach towards brands objectives and bottoms up towards sales revenue goals)
  • Good Understanding of Google Web Analytics GA4 fundamentals (GA conversion events, attribution, conversion rate, AOV, CLTV, CAC, cart abandonment rate) and how to leverage the tools for e-commerce sales projections.
  • Defining Channel Strategy to integrate D2C sales and brand objectives.
  • Comfortable Running D2C e-commerce sales projections and adjusting channel allocation strategies accordingly.
  • 2+ years managing planning for consumer brand active in Retail environments Amazon, Walmart etc.
  • Experience planning complex Performance/Shopping and Retail campaigns in Search and Social for a Direct-to-consumer brands
  • Experience with 1P data acquisition, lead generation and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of ecommerce and retail KPI's (CAC, CPA, CLTV, ROAS etc.)

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range

$90,000-$155,000 USD
