Location: Hybrid in Greater Boston (3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote)
Note: Fully onsite 5 days per week starting January 2025

Our Client is looking for a Buyer that will support the Robotics Buying Team by expanding the selection of products through vendor and item setup, catalog maintenance, and pricing management. Key responsibilities include coordinating new product launches, managing product cost and retail price updates, maintaining content and images, fostering vendor relationships, and assisting with special projects. Additionally, this role will act as a backup to the Control Buyer, supporting and training as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain product catalogs, pricing, and vendor information
Coordinate new product launches and ensure accurate cost and retail price updates
Work with vendors and internal teams to handle product data, content, and imagery
Assist with special projects and act as backup for the Control Buyer
Use ERP systems to release materials, document, cut POs, and manage lead times
Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, commodity managers, and finance to ensure smooth logistics and material flow
Perform data cleanup and manage discrepancies related to lead times and invoicing
Who You Are:
Associate's or higher degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
1-3+ years of professional experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply)
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Quick learner with a sense of urgency and initiative
Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, or Logistics
