Stater Bros. Markets is seeking a detail-oriented skilled HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resource team. This role is critical in managing and enhancing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and delivering insightful HR analytics and reporting. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the data integrity, analytics and reporting and system maintenance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
The focus will be on SAP SuccessFactors and Dayforce, but not limited to these applications. This role will involve collaborating with HR, Information Technology, other internal departments, and vendors. The goal is to ensure the efficient use of HR technology, manage the data integrity, and provide data-driven insights.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
System Implementation and HRIS Maintenance:
Participate in the implementation of new HRIS modules and features
Maintain and update HR data within the SAP SuccessFactors and Dayforce system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors, works closely with IT and software vendors as needed
Data Management and Integrity
Set up strict data entry guidelines, ensuring that the data entered in the system adheres to a predefined standard, thus reducing inconsistencies and errors
Systematically review the data in the HRIS, looking for discrepancies or inaccuracies
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Develop and maintain key HR metrics and analytics, providing insights on workforce trends
Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and audits
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices
Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other departments to ensure seamless integration between HRIS and other systems
Serve as a liaison between HR and IT to communicate system requirements and updates
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Dayforce is required
Proven experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance, and optimization
Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and analysis
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or Dayforce, including configuration and customization
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of HR processes and data structures

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with other HRIS platforms or ERP systems preferred
Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements preferred
