We're looking for extremely talented and driven engineers, who enjoy working on cutting edge projects, and want to be part of a team that's transforming how data is used in the built world. You'll play a key role in developing our backend infrastructure and front-end applications. If you're ready to tackle complex challenges and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, apply now!

Role Overview:

As an AI Engineer at CBase AI, you'll take ownership of developing sophisticated AI-driven solutions that directly address the complexities of the construction ecosystem. You'll design, build, and deploy AI Agents that process and integrate diverse datasets, including building information models (BIM), schedules, sensor data, and more. Your work will contribute to the development of an intelligent, sustainable construction industry where data is seamlessly shared across platforms and stakeholders.

This role goes beyond typical engineering tasks; you'll lead efforts to design scalable systems that automate data-driven decision-making in construction, ultimately enhancing project efficiency and sustainability. You'll collaborate closely with other engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Agent Development: Lead the design and development of AI Agents that automate critical tasks in construction project management, data integration, and decision-making processes.

• Data Infrastructure Design: Architect and implement robust data pipelines to handle large and complex datasets, including BIM models, construction schedules, and sensor data.

• Advanced Machine Learning: Build, train, and deploy machine learning models tailored to the unique challenges of the construction industry, from predictive analytics to real-time decision support.

• Scalable System Design: Design scalable, efficient AI systems that are robust enough to handle high volumes of construction data from diverse sources.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of developers, data scientists, and construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into construction workflows.

• Optimization & Innovation: Continuously improve AI models and workflows through data analysis, testing, and optimization, driving innovation and improving project outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Relevant industry experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, ideally working with large datasets and delivering end-to-end AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. • Proven experience in designing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications, with a preference for experience in the construction or related industries.
• Solid understanding of data integration techniques and experience working with BIM models, construction data, or large-scale industry-specific datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and take initiative to propose new solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Why Join Us?:

• Innovative and Sustainable: Join a forward-thinking team that drives innovation with a commitment to sustainability and lifecycle thinking.

• Responsible and Inclusive: Be part of an organization that champions fairness, diversity, and social impact, ensuring everyone has equal opportunities to thrive.

• Growth Opportunities: Enjoy abundant opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a dynamic industry.

• Impactful Work: Contribute to transformative solutions that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AEC/O) projects.

• Collaborative Culture: Thrive in a supportive environment where your ideas are valued and teamwork is encouraged.
