Job Description:
Process Pro is looking for a Solutions Architect passionate about designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with the customer's strategic goals, business objectives, and current tech stack.
You will be instrumental in designing solutions for our customers who leverage the HubSpot CRM and should have extensive experience with data migrations, system integrations, and custom development projects.
The SA should possess in-depth technical knowledge across various domains, including software development, infrastructure, databases, networking, and cloud technologies. You understand the intricacies of different technologies and how they can be integrated to create effective solutions.
Additionally, this role requires direct experience managing customer accounts and successfully implementing programs; a passion for and deep knowledge of HubSpot, and other CRM/marketing automation software, and an understanding of implementing and optimizing third-party software tools.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in a customer or people-facing role
5+ years of experience developing and designing solutions
A love and deep understanding of HubSpot (Salesforce, other marketing automation tools)
Experience working with SaaS companies and the challenges they face
Ability to align technology solutions with a customer's long-term goals and business objectives, and able to understand the bigger picture, understanding how your designs impact a customer's business as a whole
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Expert-level HubSpot Sales and Marketing Admin Capabilities
Advanced Workflows Knowledge
Experience with the HubSpot/Salesforce Integration
Field Creation and Administration
Data Modeling for Custom Objects
Understanding of HubSpot's API
