Job Title: Production Manager / Player Coach / COO / Director of Operations
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison with clients.
Collaborate closely with Company Owner and staff during events.
Oversee event site operations, ensuring staff can perform their duties effectively.
Prepare the facility for setup and ensure a smooth setup process.
Possess knowledge of the event space and engage clients with informed discussions.
Compile paperwork and budgets for each project.
Education, Skills & Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
At least five years of experience in warehouse, delivery, or route management is essential.
Must be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
A professional appearance is expected at all times.
A valid driver's license is required.
Ability to apply mathematical skills for problem-solving is necessary.
Basic computer skills are beneficial, with training on rental software provided.
Clear English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required; additional language skills are a plus.
Must successfully pass a company-administered drug screening.
Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory.
Full mobility and dexterity are necessary.
Ability to follow and complete written, verbal, or scheduled instructions is essential.
Must foster a positive and cooperative working environment with colleagues.
